# Live Workshop Submission and Review Workflow

Use this workflow when running DoOperator Education workshops with teams.
It is designed for lightweight review before a full in-app submission system exists.

## 1. Intake

Each team submits:

- team name
- artifact type
- decision being supported
- draft artifact link
- review request: validity, assumptions, metrics, guardrails, or rollout

## 2. Triage

The facilitator assigns one review level:

| Level | Use when | Review depth |
|---|---|---|
| Fast feedback | Low-risk artifact, early draft | One reviewer, 5 minutes |
| Standard review | Normal workshop artifact | Peer team plus facilitator scan |
| Deep review | High-risk decision, unclear assumptions, or public-facing result | Facilitator-led critique with revision required |

## 3. Review Rubric

Reviewers answer five questions:

1. What decision does this artifact support?
2. What is the strongest part of the artifact?
3. What assumption or validity threat is most likely to break it?
4. What guardrail, diagnostic, or sensitivity check is missing?
5. What revision would make the artifact decision-ready?

## 4. Revision

Each team revises the artifact and adds:

- what changed
- what risk remains
- what evidence would change the recommendation
- whether the decision is ship, hold, iterate, redesign, or gather more data

## 5. Archive

Archive every final artifact with:

- artifact type
- course module
- team
- decision
- evidence summary
- critique summary
- final recommendation
- unresolved risk

## 6. Facilitator Closeout

At the end of the workshop, the facilitator summarizes:

- one common strength
- one recurring failure mode
- one artifact worth turning into a worked example
- one curriculum improvement for the next cohort
